Charles Kosmont is Co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Next Pharmaceuticals. He has had
a multi-faceted career in managing and investing in food, agribusiness and nutrition
companies. In 1997, Mr. Kosmont co-founded Next Pharmaceuticals, LLC.
Mr. Kosmont is also Chairman of Fabes Natural Gourmet, Inc., Salinas, CA. In addition,
he was President of the MET-Rx companies, Irvine, CA during its time of rapid growth.
MET-Rx was one the largest sports nutrition companies in the United States with national
distribution in health, natural and mainstream retail stores.
Previously, Mr. Kosmont was Co-founder and CFO of Westbrae Natural, Inc. (originally named
Vestro Foods), based in Carson, a publicly traded company that acquired and managed natural
food companies.

After completing the Entrepreneur Program with honors and receiving his MBA from the
Marshall School of Business (USC) in 1982, Mr. Kosmont joined and later became a Partner
of Princeton/Montrose Partners, a venture capital limited partnership, which invested in
food and agribusiness companies.
He is a graduate of the California Agricultural Leadership Program and a founding Member
of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Business Bank; a publicly traded, state
chartered, FDIC insured banking institution.

Deanne Dolnick, M.S. entered the natural products industry in 1999 and has held a
wide spectrum of positions during this time, including Product Education Trainer,
Copywriter and Seminar Speaker.

She is currently the Corporate Liaison and Director of Sales for Next Pharmaceuticals.
Prior to entering the natural products industry, Ms. Dolnick ran a successful private
nutrition practice in Los Angeles where she counseled clients on weight loss and chronic
health issues such as heart disease, diabetes and intestinal health. Ms. Dolnick obtained
a Master of Science in Dietetics from California State University. She has been a frequent
guest on radio health-oriented programs and television shows.
